🕒 Appointments & Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

💅 Aftercare & Results

  • For best results, please follow any aftercare advice provided during or after your treatment.

  • Results can vary depending on skin type, hair growth cycle, and how well aftercare is followed.

💰 Payments

  • We accept cash & bank transfer

  • Full payment is required on the day of service.

🚫 Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of beauty treatments, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

  • If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

💕 Client Etiquette

  • Please come to your appointment freshly clean and makeup-free ( lash or brow treatments).

👩‍⚕️ Medical Conditions & Allergies

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

  • A patch test may be required for certain services (e.g. lamination, lash lift ) at least 24–48 hours prior.
