🕒 Appointments & Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
💅 Aftercare & Results
For best results, please follow any aftercare advice provided during or after your treatment.
Results can vary depending on skin type, hair growth cycle, and how well aftercare is followed.
💰 Payments
We accept cash & bank transfer
Full payment is required on the day of service.
🚫 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
💕 Client Etiquette
Please come to your appointment freshly clean and makeup-free ( lash or brow treatments).
👩⚕️ Medical Conditions & Allergies
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
A patch test may be required for certain services (e.g. lamination, lash lift ) at least 24–48 hours prior.
